There are several ways to find what you want:

2. Enter the word or words you are searching for in the search box.

1. For every item, there will be an button. This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping.
2. You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket.
3. When you are finished and want to place your order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking on the View Order link or on Basket Icon located on the top right. You can check and see if everything you want to order is in the shopping basket . You can change number the goods by pressing Change button.
4. Next click on and choose how you want the items to be shipped. Then simply fill out the needed information. If you are ready to complete your order, click now.
5. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB and derivatives of those brands.
6. We'll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping information. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the price. In addition to this, Rustoys will send you another email when your order is shipped. We like to keep you informed of your order's progress!
Shipping charges aren't included in the product price. We calculate our rates per shipment, based on total weight, minimum of 0.1 kg. The more your shipment weighs, the less you pay per kilogram. We calculate shipping cost this way: Base Price + (Total Weight x Price Per kilogram) = Total.
We always ship your entire order at the same time.
But some items hand made/hand painted, and not mass produced so we are limited in quantities. If some products are out of stock, we'll send you an e-mail report and offer to modify or to hold up your order.
We make every effort to minimize delivery costs.
So we send registered parcels under the name of private person.
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business day. We deliver goods via Moscow International Post Office. Usually sendings reach destination point in 14-20 days by air mail and in 30-67 days by ground/sea shipping. While most orders arrive in a timely manner, occasionally shipments may take 3-6 weeks. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee term of delivery.

Toys haven’t arrived! What to do?
Try to wait for a couple of days. Sometimes a delay can occur because of the Post office performance. However, if time passes and do not receive toys you have ordered, then
us. We will check this issue and if the package is lost on its way we will refund!
We will replace/refund any defective products within 20 days of the customer receiving the products. Otherwise, all purchases are final and we will not accept any returns or issue any refunds.
For your security, all credit card transactions are protected by Thawte's advanced SSL encryption, and are billed through 2CheckOut.com. We do not have access to your credit card information. When you pay by credit card you go directly to 2CheckOut website. For security reasons card numbers are transmitted directly to the banking network for authorization. 2Checkout.com does not record your card number anywhere. Charges for the transaction will appear on your credit card or bank statement under the name 2Checkout.com. After you submit the order you will receive a confirmation email from 2Checkout. You will also receive an email when your order is shipped.
